Business use

ProofKit is offered for business and professional use. You must be authorized to process the files you select and to review the related client billing. You remain responsible for complying with contracts, confidentiality duties, accounting requirements, and applicable law.

What the product does

ProofKit apps transform customer-provided inputs into reports, quotes, review records, reminders, and prioritization candidates. Outputs require human review. They are not a direction to invoice, pursue a dispute, contact a customer, file a return, or make an accounting, tax, financial, legal, medical, or employment decision.

Purchases and delivery

Each product page displays its current one-time USD price before checkout. Stripe processes the payment. After payment confirmation, the purchased report, workflow activation, or Orbit Shift continuation is unlocked. Browser-local reports should be downloaded promptly. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

Email and client workflows

You must have a lawful, appropriate reason to contact every recipient and must review all generated content before activation. Do not use ProofKit for unsolicited bulk messaging, impersonation, phishing, harassment, or to send sensitive documents. ProofKit may limit or block abusive sending.

Acceptable use

Do not use ProofKit to process information you have no right to access, probe or disrupt the service, evade a paywall, send malicious content, or violate another person's rights.

Availability and liability

ProofKit is an early-stage service and may change. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without a guarantee that every billing gap will be detected. Liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.

Refunds and contact

The refund policy forms part of these terms. Questions can be sent through the contact form.
