Privacy
Sensitive source files stay on your device.
ProofKit is designed to minimize the business and customer data it receives. This policy explains the limited information that does reach the service.

CSVs, evidence files, photos, and other inputs selected for local-processing workflows are read by code running in your browser. ProofKit does not upload their contents. Calculated previews and paid results are held temporarily in that browser so they can survive the trip to Stripe Checkout. Clear the site's browser data to remove those local copies.
Usage information
ProofKit records lightweight events such as landing-page views, sample loads, completed previews, checkout starts, successful payments, downloads, and errors. These records can include a random session identifier, app name, row count, and whether sample data was used. Error telemetry uses coarse categories rather than uploaded row contents.
Email campaigns and approval links
If you explicitly activate an email or client-review workflow after payment, ProofKit stores the recipient, fixed-template message, campaign or approval status, and random access token needed to operate that workflow. Source CSVs and linked deliverables are not stored. Email is submitted through the configured delivery provider, and external deliverable or portal links remain under the customer's control.
Orbit Shift
The game stores settings, high score, and a verified paid-session entitlement in browser storage. ProofKit receives the same limited checkout and usage information described above, not a personal gameplay profile.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe receives the payment details you enter and may return payment status and the payer email to ProofKit for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, and transaction records. ProofKit never receives your full card number.
Support requests
If you use the contact form, ProofKit stores the name, email, company, and message you provide so the request can be answered. Do not include CSV data, credentials, card details, or other sensitive information in a support message.
Sharing and retention
ProofKit uses service providers only where needed to operate the product, including hosting and payment processing and, when activated, email delivery. It does not sell personal information. Operational, workflow, payment, and support records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, security, accounting, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You can run the built-in sample without providing personal information. To ask about, correct, or delete information associated with a support request, use the contact form. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.
